AUI has been completing commercial projects for 40 years and has built an extensive resume of Municipal projects, which include: Parks, Streetscapes, Service Centers, Aquatic Centers, Athletic Complexes, Fire Stations, City Halls and Libraries.  These projects were completed using Construction Manager-at-Risk, Design-Build, Competitive Sealed Proposal, Negotiated and Hard Bid methods.

As well as Municipal work, AUI has built a long list of repeat clients in the private sector.  These projects include:  Remodel and Additions, Retail, Offices , Medical Offices, Multi-Family, Warehouses and Maintenance Facilities.  These projects were also completed using Construction Manager-at-Risk, Design-Build, Competitive Sealed Proposal, Negotiated and Hard Bid methods.
