As Partner of AUI, Dustin brings over 15 years of experience in general construction with a proven track record for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality by effectively organizing, managing and utilizing resources.  He is exceptionally skilled at building and maintaining external and internal relationships with owners, architects, engineers, consultants and subcontractors.

Responsible for the leadership and management of the commercial department, Dustin oversees estimating and project management, structuring of strategic proposals, negotiating of business terms, and closing business ventures. Dustin continues to be very hands on as well by running multiple projects and working directly with owners.

Dustin has spent his entire career dedicated to AUI.  Starting in 2003 as a project engineer and working his way up to project manager, construction manager and ultimately partner in 2015.  Dustin is originally from Stillwater, Oklahoma and attended Oklahoma State University majoring in Construction Management Technology.
