Natasha Corrales is AUI Partners’ Human Resources Director, overseeing the company’s Human Resources, Safety, and Quality departments. She provides strategic leadership for people, safety, and quality systems that support talent development, organizational effectiveness, compliance, and consistent operational performance.

Natasha joined AUI in 2008 as a Payroll Administrator and quickly advanced into human resources as a Performance Management and Training Coordinator. She has since progressed through roles as HR Generalist and HR Manager before being named Human Resources Director. Throughout her tenure, Natasha has been instrumental in strengthening organizational effectiveness and fostering a culture of employee engagement, workplace safety, and high standards of performance.

While working full-time, Natasha earned her bachelor’s degree in 2012 and later achieved the highest professional certification in human resources, the SHRM-SCP® (Senior Certified Professional).

Through her leadership, Natasha continues to support AUI’s mission by aligning people, safety, and quality practices with the company’s long-term goals.
