Natasha Corrales is AUI Partners’ Human Resources Director. In her current role, Natasha is responsible for leading AUI’s overall human resources strategy, talent acquisition, organizational design and cultural development, employee education and development, compensation and benefits, HR operations and technology, employee relations, and payroll.

Natasha began working at AUI in 2008 as a Payroll Administrator. From there, she quickly received a promotion to an HR role as a Performance Mgmt. and Training Coordinator. After that, Natasha received promotions to HR Generalist, HR Manager, and now HR Director. While working full-time, she also completed her bachelor’s degree in 2012 and later became certified in the highest level of certification possible in Human Resources, SHRM-SCP® (Senior Certified Professional).
