As Vice President of Renewable Operations, Brian is responsible for upholding the profitability and values of the organization by leading the Renewable business operations. This includes consulting with the Partners to determine business goals or initiatives, communicating across the organization, and serving the Directors, Managers, and Operational Leadership to promote a highly effective and cohesive team environment.

Brian has extensive knowledge of the Construction industry, finances and employee output while understanding and striving to meet the company’s strategic goals, mission, values and beliefs.

Prior to AUI, Brian has 25+ years of serving internal and external stakeholders in several diverse roles. Including Vice President of Operations, Director of Operations & Vice President of Sales & Marketing for several large Electrical contractors in the DFW marketplace as well as national firms.
