As Partner and CFO of AUI, Charles is responsible for all financial operations of the company, including financing, reporting and accounting, risk management and legal matters. Charles also oversees the Human Resources and Technology departments of the company. He has over twenty years of experience in business management and executive leadership of construction companies.

Charles has his BBA from the University of Texas at Arlington, where he graduated in 1991. He has his CPA license (Certified Public Accountant) and is a CCIFP (Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional).

Charles is active in industry associations and gives back to the industry by participating at many levels, such as being a board member of the Dallas/Fort Worth Chapter of CFMA. He is also a member of the Accounting and Reporting Committee for CFMA National, the Tax Advisory Group and Accounting and Reporting Committee for National Associated Builders & Contractors (ABC).
